I’m a writer, author, and workshop facilitator on a mission to help the world be shamelessly sexy.
I write honest advice about love, sex, and desire based on juicy anecdotes from my personal life, delving into topics like female pleasure, sexual fantasies, and historically “unspeakable things.” I don’t take myself too seriously, and I love erotic poetry. I hope that together we can make these taboo topics less scary and more fun by exploring them in an elevated, literary way.
My work has been featured in The New York Times and Vogue Magazine.
I’m the author of These Perfectly Careless Things, a spicy coming-of-age novel set in London, and the creator of The Intimacy Journal, a guided erotic poetry journal that was fully funded on Kickstarter in 12 days with 65+ backers. I’ve facilitated intimacy writing workshops at Soho House Mexico City and for communities and podcasts around the world.

Before all of this, I graduated from The Wharton School and worked in tech. I’m originally from London and have lived in Mexico City for 4 years.
My unconventional approach comes from attending extremely strict all-girls schools in London until I was 16. With so many rules about perfectly polished red shoes, skirt length, and hairstyles, I eventually gave up trying to follow them or be perfect. Now I challenge every rule that comes my way.
